Bethany Prettywater, ace bounty hunter on her way home from Bestchester RenFair, spies Val Sedgwick - Most Wanted. Her chase leads to the old viaduct, now blocked by boulders. Val starts shooting. Bethany, her older cycle less stable, returns fire.  She closes in.  An unfortunate lucky shot.      
Callous.      Ace bounty hunters always get their man.
